Our oceanfront motel features 21 individually styled rooms, all located steps to the beach. Room types include King, Extra Long Full, and Efficiency rooms, with maximum occupancy varying by room (up to four guests). Some rooms include kitchenettes or additional amenities, while others offer a more simple setup — full details are available during the booking process.

Room rates are based on occupancy and season, with rates applying to up to four guests per room. Weekly and monthly rates are available, and pricing is subject to change. Pool & On-Site Amenities
Guests staying at Sea Vista enjoy access to the oceanfront pool, along with fire pits and direct beach access. Ice is available at the tiki bar, making it easy to enjoy drinks and beach time without leaving the property. The pool is open to motel guests of all ages, and to tiki bar guests ages 18 and over.
Check-In, Parking & Policies
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout may be available depending on availability and does cost an extra fee. Each room includes one parking space, with additional parking available upon request. Guests must be 24 years or older to book. All rooms are non-smoking, and pets are not permitted in rooms, though dogs are welcome on the tiki deck. Call the motel lobby with any questions. We are happy to help.
